Job Summary:

The Agency Marketing Program Management Senior Consultant supports the strategy planning, development, and execution of complex and large-scale marketing programs that support local and Agency level strategies designed to increase awareness, drive consideration, and support profitable growth and retention in the Allstate agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage multiple highly complex marketing programs and initiatives
    • Contribute to the design of strategies to drive growth through partnership with cross functional and external partners
    • Coordinate and lead Design Thinking sessions to identify areas of opportunity and improve current processes
    • Design content and lead key stakeholder focus groups; work with vendor partners to implement and measure impacts of feedback/ideas
    • Utilize segmentation to design marketing programs and cost shares
    • Prepare detailed project plans and timelines
    • Lead cross functional marketing teams to implement marketing programs
    • Develop and execute integrated agent digital and traditional marketing communication and marketing activities
    • Work with internal and external partners to execute paid media pre/during/post catastrophe
    • Prepare marketing budget; responsible for planning/forecasting, and financial performance

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education and Experience:

  • 4-year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
    • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
    • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Functional Skills:

  • Intermediate/Advanced communication skills written and verbal
    • Advanced decision-making skills critical thinking
    • Intermediate/Advanced functional knowledge
    • Intermediate/Advanced organization and project management skills

• Intermediate data driven mindset

  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in online meeting solutions (e.g., Zoom)

Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00-$125,625.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
