We are seeking a Team Leader to lead the Due Diligence (KYB/KYC) process and ensure the best possible customer experience for Allica's customers. The role involves managing a team, quality and productivity, performance management, and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Manage workload and working day to ensure adherence to team's service level agreements and quality expectations
- Maintain good working relationships with areas of the business and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Bank's policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Communicate relevant information to team members and senior management
- Maintain clear and accurate internal records for MI and monitoring
