Position Summary

As Client Solutions Specialist, your job duties include working collaboratively with Business Development, Client Success team members, and Clients to develop business solutions/opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships through communication and technical expertise. In this collaborative role, you will build off of a deep understanding of our business offerings as well as the needs of our clients.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Monitor incoming requests and pending quotes to ensure each step is completed within the time frames of our company policy.
  2. Receive and review inbound quote requests and contact clients to gain a better understanding of project scope and requirements.
  3. Fully responsible for the life of the “quote”
  4. Liaise with internal and external departments as required to deliver accurate quotes/proposals to the client.
  5. Coordination with the Linguistic Operations team during the pre-sale stage to ensure optimum results throughout the project once approved.
  6. Quote follow up to show client care and increase win rates and proactively address any objections from clients.
  7. Handle client objections, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure proper closure.
  8. Identify product expansion, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and communicate them to the internal/external sales team (directors and managers).
  9. Keep track of quotes metrics (response times, client satisfaction,etc.) through the use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other systems.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
  11. Help develop proposals and respond to RFPs or RFQs
  12. Attend industry events

Qualifications

Education:

  • College diploma, university degree or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred

Experience and Proficiencies:

  • 2+ years in Project Management, particularly in the translation/localization industry
  • Technical, communications or SaaS industry experience
  • Experience dealing with middle managers and senior managers in client/partner relationships
  • Working knowledge and proficiency using CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Superior organizational skills - able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, managing changing priorities, and working under pressure.
  • Very strong work ethics and interpersonal skills essential to develop trusted relationships.

  • Organized, analytical, and methodical with strong attention to detail.
  • Process-driven to ensure that sales cycle is optimized and client retention is maximized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Above average listening skills and experience on building relationships with high profile startups and businesses in the most senior ranks
