We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to add brilliance to our team. Working on Criteo, the biggest open web targeting platform as well as Spotify. You will be a part of the dynamic and supportive team within Aleph. In this role, you will be working with key advertisers and agencies for the export and the domestic market to support their campaigns on platforms, from assistance with campaign creation to execution. You need to be able to work independently, be proactive and also a team player, as we work on a hybrid work model mostly from home.

What you will be doing

  • Plan, execute manage various digital advertising campaigns including Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Display.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximize campaign results on all digital channels.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding service level.
  • Assist Sales team to prepare client pitching as required.
  • Act as an expert in marketing strategy platform-specific solutions.
  • Find offer solutions for advertisers agencies to reach their business goals.
  • Educate and work closely with advertisers agencies to improve their advertising strategies on the platform according to best practices.
  • Find present relevant insights from available data to improve the advertisers' campaigns possibilities within the platform.
  • Work closely with the advertisers agencies to uphold a close relationship.
  • Manage relationships with the advertisers' stakeholders (agencies, partners, platform account managers, etc.).
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, client success, etc.).
  • Implement all necessary data result tracking for the advertisers together with the internal cross-functional teams, in line with the advertisers' KPIs.
  • Educate advertisers' on platform best practices for creative production strategy in line with the business KPIs.
  • Constantly look for result optimization possibilities inform the advertisers proactively on possible improvements.
  • Oversee account setup proactively troubleshoot any possible issues (suspensions, incorrect setup, policy issues, etc.).
  • This role would also be working with other major media platforms, aside Criteo, that Aleph represents.

What will make you a good fit for this role

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant, hands-on paid media experience - running PPC campaigns (Agency Experience Preferred).
  • Experience in Using Google AdWords/Facebook Business manager, Google Merchant center (advantage but not necessary).
  • Understand platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
  • Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about building a career in advertising field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew is a must.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The journey of Aleph began with a simple, yet profound, realization by its co-founder and CEO, Albert Gozzi. Having experienced the frustrations and limitations of existing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions firsthand, both as a CFO and an engineer, Gozzi envisioned a new approach. He observed that many finance teams, despite the availability of sophisticated web-based tools, still found themselves reverting to the familiar and flexible environment of spreadsheets for critical tasks. These dedicated FP&A tools often tried to replace Excel or Google Sheets entirely, forcing users to learn new syntaxes and conform to rigid models that didn't always align with diverse business needs. This often led to months-long implementations with a slow time-to-value.

Driven by the desire to solve these real-world problems, Gozzi embarked on a mission to create a 'spreadsheet-first' FP&A tool. The core idea was to supercharge the flexibility of spreadsheets by addressing their inherent weaknesses, such as a lack of real-time data connections and robust collaboration features, especially when scaling operations. This vision started to take shape in 2020, with Gozzi building the minimum viable product from his home during the pandemic. In 2021, Santiago Perez De Rosso, with a Ph.D. from MIT and experience at DocuSign, joined as co-founder and CTO, bringing further technical expertise to the nascent company. Their collaborative efforts led to Aleph's acceptance into the prestigious Y Combinator program, providing a crucial launchpad for their innovative platform. The name 'Aleph' itself is symbolic, drawn from a short story by Jorge Luis Borges, representing a point in space containing all other points – a metaphor for how Aleph aims to centralize and provide a 360-degree view of a business's financial data without distortion or confusion. Today, Aleph is empowering finance teams at companies like Turo, Notion, Zapier, and Envoy to make better, faster decisions by providing a single source of truth for all their financial data, seamlessly integrating with existing workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
