Estamos buscando desarrolladores full-stack con sólida experiencia en entornos Red Hat / OpenShift, desarrollo Java EE / Angular, arquitecturas distribuidas y ecosistemas modernos de CI/CD, para sumarse a nuestro equipo para importante empresa estatal en Uruguay. Este rol requiere una fuerte capacidad técnica y la habilidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil y dinámico.

Responsabilidades principales

Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener microservicios utilizando Java EE (OpenJDK) y Quarkus.
Implementar integraciones y pipelines de mensajería utilizando Apache Kafka.
Participar en el diseño de arquitecturas sobre Red Hat OpenShift, con enfoque en escalabilidad, resiliencia y automatización.
Construir interfaces web modernas utilizando Angular.
Administrar y optimizar bases de datos PostgreSQL.
Implementar control de versiones, ramas y flujos de trabajo utilizando Git.
Asegurar la calidad del código mediante SonarQube y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
Diseñar y mantener pipelines CI/CD utilizando Tekton y ArgoCD.
Implementar monitoreo, logging y visualización de métricas con ElasticSearch y Kibana.
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de arquitectura, QA y DevOps para entregar soluciones de alto rendimiento.
Participar en revisiones de código, definiciones técnicas y mejoras continuas de los procesos.

Requirements

Experiencia sólida en Java EE / OpenJDK y frameworks cloud-native (Quarkus).
Experiencia con Red Hat OpenShift (deployment, operators, configuration, scaling).
Experiencia con Angular en frontend.
Conocimiento avanzado de Keycloak para autenticación, autorización e integración con aplicaciones.
Experiencia en Apache Kafka – diseño de tópicos, consumidores, productores, particiones y monitoreo.
Buen manejo de PostgreSQL: modelado, consultas complejas, performance tuning.
Experiencia profesional utilizando Git en equipos colaborativos.
Conocimiento de SonarQube para análisis estático y calidad continua.
Experiencia con API RESTful y mensajería de alto volumen.
Experiencia con pipelines y GitOps usando Tekton y ArgoCD.
Experiencia con ElasticSearch + Kibana para observabilidad y análisis.
Se valorará experiencia previa en arquitecturas de microservicios a gran escala.
Se valorará conocimientos de contenedores Docker y Kubernetes.
Familiaridad con principios DevOps y automatización de infraestructura.
Prácticas de seguridad en aplicaciones y gestión de identidades.
