Ajeris is the most robust personal AI agent ever built. We just launched general availability and are building our first sales team. We're looking for our first SDR.
What you'll do:
- 50+ daily outbound touches (email, LinkedIn) to SMB owners (HVAC, salons, contractors, restaurants, law firms, photographers)
- Qualify inbound leads from the website + product trials
- Book discovery calls with US-based SMB owners
- Maintain CRM cleanliness (HubSpot)
- Iterate outbound messaging weekly based on what converts
What we want:
- 1-2 years B2B SDR or BDR experience (SaaS preferred)
- Comfort with cold outbound and rejection
- Crisp written communication
- Self-starter; remote-friendly; comfortable with ambiguity
- Bonus: experience selling to small business owners
Compensation: $50-65K base + commission, uncapped. 30/70 base-to-variable comp split. OTE $80-95K, equity grant for early hires.
Location: Fully remote, US time zones.
