The role requires making tradeoffs with imperfect data and making clear calls to own the outcome. The successful candidate will manage a multi-million dollar global budget and decide where to invest across markets and channels to drive incremental growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or a similar role
- Experience managing and allocating multi-million dollar marketing budgets
- Strong experience across Paid Social, Search, and app-based growth channels
- Proven ability to make budget allocation decisions that drive measurable growth
- Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, and the limitations of both
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into decisions
- Experience operating in ambiguous environments and making decisions with imperfect information
- Clear and direct communication, with the ability to challenge and align stakeholders
