responsibilities

• Oversee the adaptation of our platform to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
• Monitor customer expectations and ensure their fulfillment.
• Ensure a stable delivery process for client-requested features within the platform, from release planning to managing feature dependencies and the product lifecycle.
• Understand the effort required for product development, including team roles and the stages of their involvement.
• Ensure the product aligns with customer requirements and take ownership of its implementation on our side.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients to maintain transparency.
• Oversee the project’s scope, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure budget adherence for optimal performance.
• Maintain high-quality standards by conducting thorough testing before product releases.
• Set key product metrics and monitor achievements, adjusting goals based on performance feedback.

requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within B2B AI SaaS, preferably in Big Tech or AI-focused startups.
• A customer-first and data-driven mindset is essential.
• Product management expertise in the tech industry, particularly in launching AI and ML products, is a strong advantage, along with a deep understanding of ML operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key metrics, interpret data, understand technical requirements, and effectively communicate with the engineering team.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and product frameworks is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• A degree in STEM is an advantage.
