responsibilities
Analyze how business processes work on the client side: study internal instructions for employees, as well as real conversation recordings and transcripts;
Based on this analysis, design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate these processes;
Create training and test data sets;
Develop and apply methodologies to assess the quality of the AI agents’ performance and use them to refine the agents.
requirements
Background in business process analysis and automation — ideally in fintech, telecom, or retail;
Experience working with data in AI/ML projects, with at least 2–3 successfully completed;
Extensive hands-on experience prompting LLMs (ideally several different models) for business use cases;
Experience designing conversational flows for AI agents or chatbots using specialized platforms — ideally RASA;
Strong analytical skills: ability to break down complex systems, identify key elements, and communicate them clearly and concisely;
Python scripting skills are a plus.
