UI/UX Designer

AI Digital is looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI Designer) with a strong eye for detail and a passion for building cohesive digital experiences.

This role will own and contribute to the development of a unified design system that serves as the foundation across our expanding product portfolio. You will work across both product and marketing teams, ensuring that everything we build feels consistent, intuitive, and part of the same digital ecosystem.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality UX/UI design across a variety of outputs — from design systems and product interfaces to supporting digital assets. This is a role for someone who is curious, structured, and excited by the challenge of bringing clarity and consistency to complex digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of our design system, including components, variants, and patterns in Figma.

• Own UX/UI design tasks across our product ecosystem — from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design) to translate briefs into thoughtful design solutions.

• Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligning product and marketing experiences.

• Create product-related digital assets to support marketing and communication initiatives when needed.

• Participate in design reviews, sprints, and feedback sessions, sharing ideas and iterating based on input.

• Clearly communicate design decisions and present work in a structured and articulate way.

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring new ideas into the team.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design (in-house, agency, or freelance).

• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work across digital products or interfaces (professional, academic, or personal projects).

• Education in a relevant field (digital design, interaction design, graphic design, or similar).

• Solid proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in product design.

• Experience with or strong understanding of design systems (creation, scaling, and maintenance).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.

• Proactive and self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.

• Fluent English.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve operational issues quickly.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in cross-functional product + marketing environments.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools or design workflows.

• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS principles).

• Experience contributing to scalable product ecosystems or multi-product environments.

• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, or similar project management tools, AI stack savvy usage (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar etc.).
