Scope of Work Purpose
This Statement of Work outlines the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for providing a Data Analyst contractor to support RAK Digital’s analytics, tagging, and dashboarding requirements across RAK Digital, mRAK, and the Government Websites Programme (GWP).

Engagement Overview
The contractor will support RAK Digital on a 50% allocation (part-time) basis, ensuring all analytics, tagging, and SAP dashboarding requirements are met across RAK Digital, mRAK, and GWP. The role is estimated at 50% of a full-time and will be scheduled flexibly based on project priorities, coordination needs, and stakeholder availability.

Competence requirements:

Core Responsibilities
- The contractor will be responsible for:

- SAP Analytics

• Designing and developing dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics.
  - Ensuring GA data consumption, modelling, and visualisation align with client requirements.
  - Maintaining data accuracy, hierarchy mapping, and performance optimisation.
  - Google Analytics & Tagging
  - Supporting the implementation and validation of GA4 tagging across all relevant platforms.
  - Working with development teams to ensure tags fire correctly and match data requirements.
  - Troubleshooting discrepancies and maintaining documentation. Cross-Team Collaboration

The contractor must collaborate closely with four key teams:
- QV Design Team: Aligning front-end data needs and validating events/UI tagging.
- Internal Developers: Ensuring proper implementation of GA tags.
- Internal SAP Technical Team: Managing data integration and visualisation workflows.

- 3rd-Party Google Partner:

Ensuring tagging and data ingestion adhere to industry best practices. Deliverables SAP Analytics Dashboards
- Dashboards built in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Documentation for each dashboard (KPIs, logic, data sources) GA4 Tagging Validation Package

- Tag inventory and mapping

- QA reports for implemented tags

• Recommendations for optimisation
  - Data Workflow Documentation
  - End-to-end data flow map
  - SAP ingestion documentation
  - Error-handling and troubleshooting notes

Candidate Requirements Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (dashboarding, modelling, data integration).
- Experience consuming and visualising GA data within SAP.
- Solid understanding of GA4, tagging logic, and analytics workflows.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, development, and analytics stakeholders. Preferred

- Arabic speaking (not required).

• Experience working with government or enterprise-scale digital ecosystems.
  - Familiarity with multidomain environments (e.g., RAK Digital, mRAK, GWP).

Commercials

- Monthly Rate (50% Allocation):

• Contract Duration: Ongoing until project completion
  - Payment Terms: 30 days from invoice submission
  - Billing Cycle: Monthly
  - Termination time: One-month termination notice by either party.
  - Assumptions
  - All technical access, credentials, and environments will be provided by the client.
  - The contractor will follow the client’s security, compliance, and data governance policies.
  - Scope may evolve based on project needs; significant changes will follow a separate
