About the Role

Ahdus Technology is looking for an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of our next-generation cloud-based products. This role is pivotal in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing systems used by organizations worldwide. You will work closely with engineering teams and leadership to define technical strategy while remaining hands-on to ensure architectural excellence, innovation, and reliability.

This position blends strategic ownership with practical engineering, making it ideal for a senior technologist who enjoys mentoring teams and building future-ready platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the architectural vision for systems, services, integrations, and platforms aligned with business growth and scalability.

• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment to support rapid and high-quality feature delivery.

• Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, architectural reviews, and best-practice coaching.

• Lead system planning initiatives, improve engineering workflows, and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

• Design and develop prototypes and AI-driven concepts to validate new ideas and reduce technical risk.

• Create, maintain, and review technical documentation including system diagrams, architecture blueprints, API definitions, and design records.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations that influence product and technology roadmaps.

• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and complex troubleshooting when required.

• Provide technical leadership during strategic discussions related to innovation, scalability, and long-term planning.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years in a software architecture or technical leadership role.

• Proven experience designing and scaling SaaS/IaaS multi-tenant cloud-based systems.

• Strong expertise in modern system architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native design.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and integration patterns.

• Strong knowledge of security, performance, scalability, and reliability principles.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
