Aesthetix CRM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Onboarding Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients and provide ongoing support and training to ensure their success.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer onboarding or implementation management role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the CRM or software industry preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM software and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
