What you'll be doing:
- Prospect, develop and close client relationships to meet and exceed quota
- Present strategy using a consultative (analysis-based) sales method that establishes the business as a trusted resource for digital marketing solutions
- Work with leadership, marketing, sales, and solutions teams to:
- Refine Adpearance go-to-market strategy within target industries
- Develop and/or refine processes to prospect, sell, and onboard high-potential clients
- Makes the expected calls, overcomes objectives, pushes through barriers, and holds the hard conversations
- Represents the business in sales-related intersections - from formal presentations to informal meetings, events, expos, Zoom conferences, phone calls, etc.
- Knows the clients, the competitors, and the industry and helps to position the company to compete in the current and future markets
- Maintain high-level, consultative relationships with assigned clients
Skills and experience you bring:
- Bachelor's degree (or a related field) or a combination of education with related experience
- Minimum five years of digital marketing sales experience, including a strong understanding of selling SaaS/SEO/Search/Display/Video/Social Media Marketing
- Minimum three years of selling to automotive dealers
- CRM sales management software experience with a leading platform, SalesForce preferable
- Ability to analyze and accurately forecast annual revenue
- Proven success of increasing sales in a competitive marketplace
- Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and analytical skills required
