As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic creative ad campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing competitor strategies, evaluating ad performance, audience and persona analysis, crafting compelling ad briefs, and overseeing the project management process for creative strategy development. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving results through creativity and strategic thinking.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for client brands.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Monitor and evaluate ad performance across all digital channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights and creative concepts that align with client objectives
  • Develop multiple iterations of winning creatives
  • Write clear and concise ad briefs that articulate campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Lead the project management process for creative strategy development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within budget constraints.
  • Develop full funnel strategies and have an understanding of various advertising methods.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Present strategic recommendations and campaign proposals to the Client Partnerships team, providing rationale and insights to support decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understanding client business goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions that drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including producers, editors, copywriters, client partners, and media buyers, to execute integrated ad campaigns that deliver on client objectives.

  • Sketch

  • Figma
  • Invision
  • Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Appreciation of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Pinterest)
  • Mac platform pro

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a video focused Designer for an agency or brand
  • Experience in a performance marketing agency
  • Proficient in deck building (Google Slides) and in customer analysis
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, competitor analysis frameworks, and ad performance tracking platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of developing successful ad campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $68,000 - $98,000 (USD)

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate's location within the United States.

Note: The salary range represents the base salary and does not account for additional benefits. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
