Job Description:
The Social Media and Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with the community, and drive online traffic and sales. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about beauty and cosmetics, has a deep understanding of social media trends, and can effectively communicate the brand story and values.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and curate high-quality content, including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Engage with followers and community members, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Analyze social media performance data to inform strategy adjustments and optimize content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience in community management and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
