Strategy Execution Trainee (Remote - Based in Spain)

Tasks

You will support our Work Architects as your mentor, in driving key projects, ensuring efficient execution and high organizational standards:

• Project Management Support: Coordinate and track tasks to ensure timely delivery of each milestone.

• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between diverse teams to drive alignment and collaboration.

• Preparation of material and presentations: Organize and deliver high quality content for C-levels meetings following our method.

• Adapting to Dynamic Environments: Execute tasks quickly and effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Proactive Task Execution: Identify and solve problems autonomously to keep projects on track.

Requirements

We are looking for organized, communicative, and results-driven talent who can thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

You will excel in this role if you have:

• Experience in project management support or operations roles.

• Strong organizational skills with a proficient command of Excel.

• Outstanding communication skills to engage large teams and confidently interact with C-level executives.

• A hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.

• Fluent English and Spanish (French and German are highly valued).

• You are based in Spain
