The ideal candidate will be strategic, adaptable, and passionate about innovation, with a background in medical device, biotech, aesthetics, or regenerative medicine sales.
Requirements
- Executing a structured onboarding plan in coordination with the Head of Sales
- Assisting with events, open houses, and patient education sessions
- Developing lead generating activities and identifying early adopters and market leaders
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales to conduct demos and create momentum in the market
- Providing real-time feedback from the field to shape future marketing campaigns
- Delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to measure progress against goals
- Managing territory budgets, travel expenses, and account prioritization
