🔷What you will do?

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and Spring-based technologies under guidance
• Collaborate with team members, including designers and front-end developers, to implement features and improvements
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to learn and improve development practices
• Write clean and readable code while following established coding standards and best practices
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues with support from senior team members
• Gradually take responsibility for assigned tasks and features
• Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and development methodologies as part of your professional growth

🔷What we expect from you?

• Basic understanding of Java and the Spring / Spring Boot framework
• Fundamental knowledge of relational databases (SQL basics, simple queries)
• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript and at least one framework/library (React or Angular is a plus)
• Basic experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills with mentorship and guidance
• Ability to work both independently on simple tasks and collaboratively within a team
• Basic understanding of agile development principles (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and openness to feedback
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
