United States onlyAbridge is looking for an engineering manager to lead the delivery of key platform initiatives across cloud infrastructure, developer platform, and CI/CD systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of engineering management experience in rapidly growing organizations and a strong execution mindset with the ability to scope work, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering management experience in rapidly growing organizations
- Experience leading and growing teams of engineers, including hiring and performance management
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to scope work, prioritize effectively, and deliver results
- Comfortable working hands-on with technical systems, including architecture and design discussions
- Experience working across platform domains such as cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and CI/CD systems
- Familiarity with production systems in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Experience with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure tooling (e.g., ArgoCD, Istio, Atmos)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to improve team productivity, development velocity, and operational efficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and functions, including security as a key partner
- Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering impactful infrastructure
