Abion is a fast-growing IP firm looking for a Head of Data & AI to build and lead the data and AI function from the ground up. The role involves defining the strategy, hiring the team, and delivering a scalable data platform, AI-powered features, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data and/or AI functions in a B2B SaaS or data-intensive environment
• Strong hands-on background in data engineering, modern data stacks, and BI tools
• Practical experience delivering LLM or Generative AI solutions in production
• A track record of building and mentoring small, high-impact data teams
