Vice President, Payment Operations & Partnerships

Join ABC Fitness and become part of a culture that’s as ambitious as it is authentic. We are seeking a Vice President, Payment Operations & Partnerships to lead and scale global payment operations, manage strategic partnerships, and drive innovation in payments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or SaaS, with senior leadership in payment operations
• Proven track record of scaling global payment operations, including reconciliation, disputes, onboarding, and payouts
• Experience driving automation and transformation initiatives, including AI/ML-based solutions in operations
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, acquiring, card networks, and alternative payment methods
• Strong experience managing strategic partnerships and complex vendor ecosystems
• Financial acumen with experience managing large-scale payment flows, reconciliation, and reporting
• Demonstrated success leading global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
