Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or SaaS, with senior leadership in payment operations
- Proven track record of scaling global payment operations, including reconciliation, disputes, onboarding, and payouts
- Experience driving automation and transformation initiatives, including AI/ML-based solutions in operations
- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, acquiring, card networks, and alternative payment methods
- Strong experience managing strategic partnerships and complex vendor ecosystems
- Financial acumen with experience managing large-scale payment flows, reconciliation, and reporting
- Demonstrated success leading global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
