Technical Consultant - Partner Innovation and Engagement role will provide innovative and technical direction to empower our partner ecosystem. This role requires acting in a consultative capacity and being recognized as a subject matter expert within the partner network.

As a key contact for the Channel Sales organization regarding partner enablement at ABBYY, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, keen business acumen, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bring your expertise in cloud protocols, Internet Standards, and JavaScript to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications in a fast-moving environment. This is a highly technical role, and we encourage only candidates with a strong technical background and relevant experience to apply.

Success in this role requires proactively leading enablement activities with partners while collaborating with internal and external teams to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth with ABBYY’s partners by enabling them to become successful champions of ABBYY technologies within the Intelligent Process Automation market.
  • Provide technical leadership to growth partners by leading Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with our Presales organization. This includes solution architecture, API-based integrations, and automation workflows using ABBYY’s technologies and best practices.
  • Continuously stay updated on ABBYY’s technologies and the general market to further support and enable both new and existing growth partners. Serve as a consultant during the onboarding cycle, working alongside Channel teams to present and demonstrate advanced strategies, evangelize technology advancements, and showcase innovative thinking.
  • Ensure a strategic plan is in place for top growth partners, focusing on accelerating new business acquisition through enablement.
  • Drive all activities with a customer-first mentality and proactive attitude, fostering close collaboration with Channel Sales, Partner Marketing, and Presales to promote the adoption of the Global Channel Program and specifically the Partner Enablement Program both externally and internally.
  • Lead technical enablement initiatives by conducting hands-on workshops, webinars, and partner training sessions. Create technical content, including demos, solution guides, and best practices to help partners effectively implement ABBYY solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have direct hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation (RPA, IDP, BPM, AI/ML-based automation). Candidates with practical implementation experience in automation solutions will be preferred.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
  • Exceptional written communication. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of ABBYY products and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to make and take responsibility for decisions on major technical and commercial issues
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Familiarity with ABBYY technology (Vantage, FlexiCapture, or other IDP platforms) is highly preferred. Candidates without prior ABBYY experience should have a strong understanding of document processing, OCR, AI-based classification, and data extraction.
  • Deep technical knowledge of current and upcoming cloud protocols and Internet Standards as well as coding in Javascript
  • While experience is important for this role, we are looking for someone that is keen to take the next step in their career with high motivation to succeed and prove themselves

Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $98,000 and $104,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
