The Marketing & Retention Coordinator plays a key role in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and growth through coordinated marketing campaigns and CRM strategies.
Requirements
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Service Titan, Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, etc.)
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and retention metrics
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Maintain marketing calendars
- Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors or agencies
- Assist with performance reporting, budget tracking, and marketing asset management
- Track KPIs related to customer engagement, churn, and retention
- Segment audiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and demographics
- Use data insights to refine campaign strategy and inform future initiatives
