Job Title: Azure AI Solutions Architect (Remote USA)

Our client, a top-tier IT Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable OpenAI Solutions Architect to join their AI Team. In this role, you will be an AI expert on the Azure cloud, with a focus on Azure OpenAI services. You will work closely with Microsoft Account Managers and clients to drive business opportunities, provide technical expertise, and deliver innovative solutions leveraging OpenAI technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in OpenAI and Azure cloud technologies, providing technical guidance and solutions to clients across various sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, technical architects, developers, and engineers, to design and implement AI-driven solutions on the Azure platform.
• Conduct technical assessments, workshops, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects to demonstrate the capabilities of OpenAI and Azure services to clients.
• Develop and deliver customer training sessions, technical presentations, and demos to showcase the value and use cases of OpenAI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in OpenAI, Azure, and related technologies, and share knowledge with the team and clients.
• Contribute to the development of reusable architecture patterns, templates, and frameworks for AI solutions on Azure.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including opportunity identification, solution design, and proposal development.
• Support the sales team in technical discussions and solution demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and ensure seamless integration and delivery of AI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical architecture, solution design, and implementation, with a strong focus on AI and cloud technologies.
• Proven expertise in Azure cloud services, with a deep understanding of Azure OpenAI offerings.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments, with a track record of successful client engagements and project delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for client meetings and on-site engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mainframe systems and legacy code modernization projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in data engineering, data analytics, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
