About 10ML
10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Founded in 2025, 10ML sells original designer and niche perfumes in 3ml, 10ml and 30ml sizes: perfume decants and samples that let people try the scents they are curious about, wear them for weeks and build a fragrance wardrobe without paying for full bottles they may never finish.
10ML says it has committed €35 million over three years to technology, inventory and expansion.
10ML buys from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and decants every perfume itself. The shop at 10ml.com carries big designer names and independent niche perfumers, and it is built for discovery: clear notes, clear descriptions and sizes that make trying something new easy.
10ML says it has more than 100,000 customers. Total annual revenue across all sales channels in 2026 is close to €21 million. 10ML's ARR is more than €10 million.
10ML is hiring across growth, SEO, content, CRM, engineering, data, customer care, supply and fulfilment, in Dortmund and remotely across the EU. Applications: jobs@10ml.com.
