I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented healthcare professional combining clinical physiotherapy with strong administrative and insurance support. I bring a patient-first mindset and a focus on smooth care delivery from assessment to documentation and follow-through.

In my remote Medical Scribe/Virtual Medical Assistant work, I supported physicians with accurate clinical documentation, SOAP notes, and operational efficiency. I coordinated patient scheduling, improved provider productivity by reducing no-shows, and strengthened patient communication to maintain trust and satisfaction.

As a Prior Authorizations Executive, I managed prior authorization processes for medications and office visits, including buy-and-bill and pharmacy benefit medications. I resolved denials and expedited approvals by coordinating with insurance payers and providers, minimizing administrative barriers and treatment delays.

I’m currently building a strong physiotherapy foundation through my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) training and hands-on clinical experience, with certifications including BLS, spinal and peripheral manipulation, and dry needling & MFR. I aim to optimize both clinical outcomes and healthcare workflows through ethical, evidence-informed care.
