At TECHTRONIX CORP, I own end-to-end QA and release sign-off for weekly and sprint releases across Carbee’s web, iOS, and Android platforms. I test dealership listings, leads, payments, and dashboards.

I investigate defects with engineering and product teams, assess release risks, and help verify bug fixes and production readiness. I also check dealership portal and CRM integrations for lead delivery and data synchronization.

Previously, as an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer on Ticketmanager, I tested a live-event ticketing and CRM platform. I investigated UI, API, and database defects and validated ticketing and CRM workflows.

My freelance QA work included functional, integration, and regression testing for Web3 applications including TrinityPad, as well as end-to-end testing for a UK tax and accounting SaaS. I’m ISTQB CTFL-certified and use tools including Cypress, Postman, Swagger, and BrowserStack.
