Zhan Kilibayev

I’m a design engineer working on automated production lines, from early CAD concepts to practical tooling. I model 3D parts and 3D assemblies, and I design tooling for In-Mold Labeling (IML) equipment with preparation of assembly documentation.

In my day-to-day work, I maintain tooling and keep component status/revision logs. I also support 3D printing operations, handle post-processing, repair and maintain 3D printers, and perform precision measurements to ensure parts meet company requirements.

I focus on building repeatable solutions, including development of universal IML equipment and standardization of parts. I also work with reading and drafting technical drawings, plus assembly and testing of finished parts/tooling, and I bring coordination experience from delivery management and order/procurement workflows.
