I am an insurance and finance professional with hands-on experience in billing management, reinsurance broking, and claims handling. I focus on accuracy, client service and measurable process improvements.

As Billing Manager at Digital4Business I issued and tracked monthly invoices, coordinated with sales to ensure billing accuracy, helped automate billing processes using Sage and Odoo, and managed overdue accounts. At Atlas Group I negotiated and placed reinsurance contracts, analyzed insurance portfolios, prepared technical reports, and acted as a liaison between insurers and reinsurers.

I hold a Master’s in Financial Engineering and a Master’s in Insurance, and I have certifications including TCF (C1) and TOEIC (805). I speak Arabic, French and English, have volunteered with AIESEC, and bring analytical rigor, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset to teams.
