What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a 100% remote full-time Salesforce role from India where I can build Field Service, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

I'm currently delivering Salesforce development and solution design at Zephyrosys Technology, spanning Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and security.

I translate service requirements into scalable configuration and custom development for Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Service Resources, scheduling, and resource availability.

Previously at Shrine Software, I built secure Experience Cloud portals and Service Cloud enhancements, including Omni-Channel routing, Live Agent, Email-to-Case, chatbot UI customization, and self-service support journeys.

I've also built a portal with 50+ interconnected LWC components, document verification and payment workflows, asynchronous Apex processing, secure access controls, and REST API integrations.
