Zarish Yousaf

I've supported children and families through counselling, psychotherapy coursework, and behavioral learning focused on autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome.

During my psychiatry internship at Fatima Memorial Hospital, I recorded patient histories, managed follow-ups, and worked with heart patients. I also completed training in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

At the University of Home Economics, I delivered lessons to children aged three to five and worked with a child with Down syndrome. My university projects also included home furnishing, interior design, arts, and Adobe Photoshop.

I've strengthened my communication skills through the McKinsey Forward Program and attended workshops on the psychology of the unconscious mind and Jolly Phonics.
