At Intelenet Global Services, I worked on the Google Maps Project – Street Smart (SS), checking and validating data published on the client’s website while meeting day-to-day SLA requirements and quality benchmarks.
I worked across 2D mapping and imagery processes, adapting to frequently changing requirements. I also tested new tools and shared feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
I mentored new joiners in different 2D mapping processes and supported their learning. I was recognized as Best Employee for three consecutive quarters and appreciated as a process expert and mentor.
