At HERE TECHNOLOGIES, I validate and maintain points of interest (POIs) for the PNGP project, including Extracs, Coverage, and Polaris. I check whether POIs exist and remain relevant, and identify missing, outdated, duplicate, or inaccurate records.
I conduct coverage analysis by finding locations on Google Maps that are missing from the HERE database and supporting their inclusion. My work has contributed to data accuracy, completeness, and reliability, with over 98% data accuracy.
On projects including HAD, CLANA, BLACKBIRD, and BILM, I monitored plans and schedules, tracked risks and issues, and shared project status with stakeholders. I also conducted daily Scrum meetings and published two quality-improvement best practices.
