At ITSOLERA, I developed an NLP-based resume-matching system that used TF-IDF and cosine similarity to rank candidates against job descriptions. I also implemented PDF text extraction and OCR for text-based and scanned resumes.

I generated synthetic chest X-ray images with GANs and PyTorch to address class imbalance, integrating them into a CNN-based pneumonia detection pipeline.

I developed a loan approval prediction model using Scikit-learn’s Decision Tree Classifier, experimenting with tree depths and Gini and entropy criteria. I evaluated its performance with classification metrics and confusion matrices.

In my projects, I developed a student GPA prediction web application and an interactive Q&A chatbot using LangChain, Google Gemini API, and Streamlit.
