What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my knowledge and skills in corporate law and drafting while contributing to a firm's success through dedication and teamwork.

I've supported corporate law and secretarial compliance work at A G Shaikh in Surat, including company incorporation, striking off, and annual filings for companies and LLPs.

I draft resolutions, deeds, affidavits, minutes, notices, and appeals, and handle company-law procedures such as rights issues, bonus issues, interim dividends, and authorised share-capital increases.

I've worked on MOA and AOA alterations, RBI FLA returns, MSME registrations, trademark and copyright compliance, secretarial audit assignments, and NSDL work including ISIN activation and corporate actions.

Having completed the Company Secretary course through ICSI alongside a Bachelor of Commerce, I'm committed to building my knowledge in corporate law and drafting while contributing through dedication and teamwork.
