What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to bring my manufacturing automation, cross-functional team leadership, post-processor development, and precision product design experience to a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.

At Nessco Paper Cup Machine, I design custom machinery, sheet metal components, and mechanical assemblies, and program CNC operations using CAMWorks. I also built post-processors for special-purpose and standard machines and administer SolidWorks PDM workflows.

I contributed to the development of four servo-based paper machines: paper cup, paper bowl, paper plate, and paper cup packing machines. I optimize CAMWorks toolpaths and machining parameters, and create assembly and disassembly animations with SolidWorks Composer.

Previously, at SWEM WATER TECH INDIA PVT.LTD INDIA, I designed injection molds and programmed CNC machines. My work included reducing cycle times by up to 40%, delivering over 300 mold design projects, and contributing to product development from concept through production.
