I've spent nine years improving software quality across videoconferencing, desktop SDKs, NFC analytics, and backup-platform integrations. At RingCentral, I introduced Defect Escape Analysis and quarterly improvement plans that reduced critical escapes from 15 to zero in six months.
I've built QA processes and test documentation strategies from scratch for five globally distributed Agile teams, while mentoring QA engineers and partnering with Product and Engineering. My work spans manual, API, integration, performance, regression, UAT, UI, and UX testing, supported by quality metrics, root-cause analysis, and release-readiness gates.
