Cut cold-start buffering on the GammaTime video feed from roughly 2 seconds to under 1 second and halved buffering events overall by building a local HTTP proxy. Designed the shared video player component and ran an agentic development workflow using Cursor and Claude.

Built core features for a Flutter Web learning platform, including interactive course modules, performance-optimized video lessons, and a responsive interface. Implemented secure authentication and payment integration for a platform serving thousands of students.
