At 100ms, I build production voice AI agents that call health insurers to verify benefits and call patients to schedule appointments. I take features from conversation design and prompts through backend services and the evaluations that show they work.
I also built a medical fax-extraction service in Go, using layout-preserving OCR and multiple LLM reviews to reduce faxes sent for human review. I make LLM behavior measurable with regression suites, scenario runs, and end-to-end audio tests.
Before this work, I built a WebRTC-based iOS SDK with a two-person team, then started Flutter and React Native SDKs while managing three engineers and contributing to iOS and Android SDKs. At CleverTap, I built a geofencing module and introduced testing to the mobile SDKs.
