What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my MOE teaching, primary Chinese curriculum development, assessment design, and teacher-training experience to improve learning outcomes and support consistent, high-quality lesson delivery.

I've developed primary Chinese curriculum roadmaps, 46 original lesson plans per level, assessments, and instructor guides for AGrader & I across Primary 1, 2, and 5.

At Singapore's Ministry of Education, I taught Standard and Higher Chinese to 60–70 primary students annually, coordinated level-wide curriculum and examinations, and created targeted improvement plans for students with learning gaps.

I've trained teachers on marking and lesson delivery, conducted classroom observations, and contributed to four Professional Learning Team research projects focused on improving student learning and attainment.
