I'm a Java Backend Developer with nearly 5 years of commercial experience developing, maintaining, and modernizing enterprise applications.

My primary expertise includes Java, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, JDBC, REST APIs, and SQL. I have worked with Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, focusing on backend development, database optimization, and application reliability.

In my current role at Auros Knowledge Systems, I develop backend functionality for an enterprise knowledge-management platform used in engineering and manufacturing. My responsibilities include:

• Developing and modernizing REST APIs, including migrating legacy JAX-WS functionality to REST.

• Optimizing complex SQL queries, database interactions, and application logic.

• Investigating performance bottlenecks using JProfiler and eliminating unnecessary method invocations.

• Implementing new features end-to-end, from requirements and database changes to backend logic and frontend updates.

• Writing unit, integration, and functional tests using Groovy/Spock.

• Troubleshooting production issues, refactoring legacy code, and supporting non-production deployments through Jenkins.

I also have full-stack development experience with JavaScript, JSP, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

I'm particularly interested in backend architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud technologies. I enjoy solving challenging technical problems, improving existing systems, and continuously developing my engineering skills.
