At Mutual SER EPS, I lead the definition and review of software testing policies, strategies, and plans, aligning quality goals with each project’s risks and scope. I plan and supervise the documentation, design, and execution of test cases.

Before my current role, I designed and executed functional and non-functional tests at Mutual SER EPS, using QMetry and Jira to manage test cases and defect follow-up. I also validated system data with SQL across Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, and reviewed logs in GCP and Linux.

Earlier, I supported application users at Fundación Desarrollo Humano Juan Carlos Marrugo Vega and documented software projects at Caja de Compensación Familiar de Bolívar. I hold an ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level certification and a specialization in software development quality methodologies.
