At INALUM, I observed Hall-Héroult reduction cell operations and investigated ramming paste cracking during baking. I evaluated material parameters and potential corrective measures to support crack prevention and lining integrity.
At PT PLN Nusantara Power UMRO, I compared GTAW filler metals for SS410 gas turbine compressor blade repair. I assessed weld metal composition and microstructural suitability, then developed a 14-step repair control process scheme.
At Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), I supported ceramic materials laboratory work and heat treatment testing. My work included preparing material samples, evaluating properties, and applying relevant ASTM standards.
For my undergraduate thesis, I investigated nitrogen-modified Ti₃C₂Tₓ MXene for supercapacitor applications using material characterization and electrochemical testing. I also earned first place in the Smart Welding in Dimensions 4.0 Business Case Competition.
