I managed legal hold databases and supported compliance by coding and analyzing data in Exterro and Excel. I also reviewed and translated Russian-language documents to identify key issues in a federal criminal prosecution.
Through EDRM's GDPR Project, I collaborated with e-discovery professionals across the United States and Europe on GDPR compliance guidelines and presentations. I reviewed regulatory guidance and drafted guidelines for U.S. practitioners and litigators managing data transfers from Europe.
At the Immigration Law Clinic, University of Pittsburgh School of Law, I represented immigrant clients before Immigration Court and administrative agencies. I drafted and filed legal documents, developed case theory and litigation strategy, and translated Russian evidentiary documents and interpreted for Russian-speaking clients.
