Most recently at A&S Union AFEZCO, I prepared monthly P&L reporting, cash-flow forecasts, cost allocation analysis, and financial models supporting cost optimization and investment decisions.

At Gazelli Group, I consolidated group financial information, monitored budgets, analysed profitability drivers, and implemented cost-control measures. At AzAbrau, I managed P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow operations for two legal entities while improving financial processes and internal controls.

During eight years at Carlsberg Azerbaijan, I led end-to-end controlling and IFRS management reporting from revenue through EBIT. I coordinated annual budgets and rolling forecasts, investigated COGS deviations, built CAPEX and ROI business cases, and communicated financial results with international Head Office teams.
