At AGK Partners Nepal, I lead 15+ accountants delivering statutory accounts, corporate tax, VAT, bookkeeping and management reporting for international clients. I oversee quality, workflow and filing deadlines across a 600+ client practice portfolio while directly managing approximately 120 client relationships.

I previously ran the Nepal office of Bright Sterling UK, leading a four-person team and building scalable workflows, standard working papers, Xero integrations and bookkeeping templates for UK clients.

I've maintained service continuity through key staff departures and a major portfolio reorganisation, introducing peer reviews, information-request templates, completion checklists and monthly technical training. I also helped expand an accounting team from 13 to 20 employees while sustaining delivery across a high-volume client base.

My background spans IFRS and UK GAAP reporting, statutory accounts, management accounts, corporate tax, VAT, audit support and financial analysis. I work effectively with distributed teams and overseas stakeholders across the UK, Europe, North America and Australia.
