What I'm looking for

I’m interested in using my skills to create practical solutions to specific problems inside a company, including AI and business-related automation.

At Cooperativa Multiactiva Coohem, I developed a desktop application to manage user turns, from the business logic to the interface. It handled digital tickets so staff could call, complete, and cancel turns.

I implemented the backend in Python, used RabbitMQ for communication between devices, and designed a MySQL database to store user information and relevant records. I also designed the interface with PyQt5 and turned a company need into a generalized solution that was implemented later.

Earlier, I worked as a Call Center Agent at Teleperformance, assisting US customers with vacation trips, flights, and lodging. I’m interested in creating practical solutions to specific problems inside a company, and in AI and business-related automation.
