What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can design and operate production Django/DRF APIs end to end, work with multi-tenant systems, and build resilient solutions for low-connectivity environments—owning deployment, maintenance, and iteration with a strong engineering mindset.

I’m a backend developer building and operating production SaaS with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework for paying clients across the restaurant and healthcare domains. As a Computer Science graduate (2025), I bring ~2 years of freelance and contract experience designing REST APIs and relational schemas while owning deployment and maintenance end to end.

In Scanly, I built and run a multi-tenant Django/DRF platform serving six restaurant clients, handling ~600K HTTP requests/month across 600–800 users. I designed bilingual (Arabic/English) REST APIs, engineered tenant-scoped isolation on a shared MySQL database, and deployed a LAN-hosted setup with MikroTik router-level access control so menus and ordering stay live during internet outages.

I’ve also shipped healthcare-focused platforms like DentLink, where I co-built a clinical case-management system with role-based access control and bundle-based access logic. And in Valdent, I co-developed an offline-first clinic app that runs on clinic LANs with no internet dependency—backed by hybrid licensing and resilience against disrupted system clocks.
